2021 Annual Report cover

2021 was a year of delivery for Payments Canada. We supported our people through another year of a global pandemic, and delivered Lynx, Canada’s high-value payment system.

In 2020 we celebrated 40 years in payments, navigated the changes brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, and delivered on our commitments to Canada and the Canadian payments ecosystem.

Our work and accomplishments in 2019 served to reinforce the critical role we play in the evolution of the payments industry.
