As the President & Co-CEO (Interim) and Chief Financial Officer, Kristina provides financial oversight and leads the financial, procurement and business planning functions for Payments Canada.

Prior to CFO, Kristina held the role of Payments Canada’s Senior Director of Finance. She managed accounting, procurement, budgeting and forecasting operations, as well as overseeing the funding of the modernization program. 

Kristina has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analytics and for influencing key decisions and providing strategic support. She has an extensive managerial background, providing training and mentorship in regards to development and process improvement.

Kristina is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (BCom) where she also completed an overseas exchange program at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. She is also a designated Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada.
