Payments Canada has responded to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada’s [transfers for processing](https://www.priv.gc.ca/en/about-the-opc/what-we-do/consultations/consultation-on-transfers-for-processing/) consultation paper. The consultation invited stakeholder views on both current and future law with respect to privacy protection in the context of transfers for processing, including cross border transfers.
