Dan Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Federal Credit Union, bringing more than 30 years of experience across the Canadian financial services sector. His career spans senior and executive leadership roles in retail banking, commercial and corporate banking, treasury, and wealth services.

Dan currently serves as a Director of Innovation Federal Credit Union and SES Solar Cooperative and previously served as Chair of Concentra Bank. He is widely recognized as a transformative and innovative executive, known for leading complex organizations through change by combining strong business discipline with people‑focused leadership.

Dan’s professional development includes a Bachelor of Commerce, the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation, executive education in Negotiations (Ivey Business School) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business through MIT/Emeritus/Columbia Business Schools.
