Kristal Au-Yong is a transformational leader across technology, data, and financial services, with more than two decades of experience driving innovation and commercial growth.

Currently Head of Revenue Operations and Management at Thomson Reuters, Kristal leads go-to-market and commercial operations with a focus on building customer-centric, data-driven experiences. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Kristal held progressively senior leadership roles at Scotiabank spanning across Analytics, Risk Management, Retail Banking and Finance in the Canadian and International markets. She has also worked at IBM Canada and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.

Kristal has served on multiple boards and is currently a board member of The Globe and Mail.

Kristal earned her Bachelor of Economics & Finance from the University of Waterloo. She currently lives in Toronto.
