The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) provides strong leadership and effective management of Payments Canada. The team sets the strategic direction and oversees the performance of the organization to meet the needs of employees, regulators, members and stakeholders.

The Operational Leadership Team (OLT) manages the ongoing corporate and business operations of Payments Canada as defined by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). OLT promotes efficiency and operational excellence throughout Payments Canada and manages and oversees corporate planning.
